Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free. It has good bonding strength and elongation, is a single-component product, and its color is adjustable. The application is simple, and it can be applied by spraying, troweling, or brushing. It has a low requirement for substrate moisture content.

Used for waterproofing and moisture-proofing in basements, new and old roofs, bathrooms, bridges, culverts, civil defense projects, and other similar applications.
POLYURETHANE WATERPROOF COATING CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1.Surface Preparation: The surface should be smooth, firm, and free of loose sand. The coating should be applied with a brush or trowel.
2.Application Process: Base layer → Apply the first coat → Drying → Apply additional coats.
3.Coating Application: The coating should be applied with a brush or trowel. Each coat should be applied perpendicular to the previous one to ensure an even and smooth membrane thickness (each coat should be about 0.3-0.5mm thick).
4.Waterproof Protection Layer: After finishing the application, a waterproof protective layer should be applied.
5.Coverage:
For 1.5mm thickness, approximately 2.7kg/㎡.
For 2.0mm thickness, approximately 3.6kg/㎡.
MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
1.Construction Temperature: The temperature must be above 5°C during application. Construction is prohibited in rainy, snowy, or foggy conditions.
2.Restricted Access: Only authorized personnel should be allowed on site. The water retention test must be conducted only after the waterproof layer has fully dried.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
The product should be stored in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry place, away from direct sunlight. It should not be stored below 0°C. During transportation, it must be protected from rain and moisture absorption. The shelf life is 6 months.
