Non-asphalt polymer self-adhesive membrane waterproofing membrane is a new type of polymer waterproofing membrane made of modified high-density polyethylene as the base material, thermally compounded with a non-asphalt-based polymer self-adhesive layer, and the isolation layer is made of sand with special properties or aging-resistant polyethylene silicone oil.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE NON-ASPHALT-BASED HIGH POLYMER SELF-ADHESIVE STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and pay attention to ventilation. The storage temperature should not be higher than 45°C. The stacking height of flat storage should not exceed 5 layers, and the stacking height of vertical storage should be single layer. It is forbidden to contact with acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents. Avoid tilting or horizontal pressure during transportation, and cover with tarpaulin if necessary.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
Base cleaning → positioning and marking → pre-laying of coiled materials → overlapping treatment → detail node treatment → tying of steel bars → pouring of concrete
CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The joints of the rolls are cold self-adhesive. The reserved self-adhesive overlap film is removed on the long side and directly pasted. The short side uses a special overlap tape to form a sealed waterproof system.
Place the polymer composite self-adhesive waterproof rolls in position, pressing the non-self-adhesive surface against the leveling layer. Then, mechanically fix the waterproof rolls and secure them to the base layer using steel nail gaskets, spaced 500 to 1000 mm apart along the rolls’ longitudinal direction, and 30 mm from the edge.
Seal the overlap of nailing parts by covering adjacent self-adhesive rolls over the rolls fixed with steel nail gaskets, with a 100 mm overlap width, and bond them to the fixed rolls.
