This material uses a core technology based on a special additive that prevents curing when exposed to air. As a result, the product maintains its elastic, gel-like consistency without hardening. Unlike water-based or solvent-based coatings, it is a non-solvent, non-film-forming, and creep-type material. Due to its non-film-forming property, it must be used in conjunction with membranes or non-woven fabrics. The combination of non-curable rubber asphalt coating with membranes or non-woven fabrics creates a composite waterproofing system, effectively reducing the leak rate of buildings.
